Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@figuresnmore.com or social media if you would like to return your order. As soon as we receive and process the return, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
The item must be returned in its original state received.

• Opened faulty products: If the problem is because of factory/product defect then we will replace it with same product (subject to availability) or with another item of same price.
• No returns will be accepted for products with no defect that are not in original sellable condition or that are used.
• On-line order cancelation before receiving the goods: You must notify us before the order is marked as shipped. This happens within 1-2 working days after the order is placed. If the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it and you must follow one of the steps above.

Note that returns postage cost is on customer's expense.
