Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, except where a statutory exception applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at figuresnmorecy@gmail.com within the 14-day period. Include your order number and the products you wish to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form provided below.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products within 14 days.

Returns may be sent by courier or delivered in person to our designated returns drop-off location. Please contact FiguresNMore before arranging your return so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

This location is an authorised returns drop-off point and is not the registered business address of FiguresNMore.

All return requests, refunds and customer support are handled directly by FiguresNMore.

Return condition

Returned products should include all original parts, accessories and packaging, where available.

You may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what would normally be permitted when examining the product in a physical store.

For collectible products, the original packaging forms part of the product's collectible value. Damage to, removal of, or excessive handling of the packaging may therefore result in a reduction of the refunded amount where legally justified.

Opening the packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

For returns resulting from a change of mind under the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and packaging returned products securely to minimise the risk of loss or damage during transit.

Customers may alternatively arrange to deliver eligible returns to our designated Limassol drop-off location.

Refunds

We will reimburse payments due following a valid withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

For returns of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed without additional cost to you.

For a full withdrawal from an order, the refund will include the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option selected by the customer are not refundable.

Any legally justified reduction in value resulting from excessive handling may be deducted from the refund.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order after receiving it.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from the product ordered, contact us at figuresnmorecy@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available.

Where a product is faulty or incorrect, FiguresNMore will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

FiguresNMore will cover reasonable return costs where required by law for faulty, damaged or incorrect products.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including your rights under the applicable legal guarantee.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at figuresnmorecy@gmail.com.

We will try to stop the shipment, but cancellation before dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions described above.
